I truly enjoyed its reasonably spacious rooms.

Everything was great, personnel was very pleasant. The room I booked was poorly maintained bed is squeaky and available with the indoor jacuzzi and stunning bathrooms, for example. Good restaurant provided international dishes❤

Spa pampered me from head to toe, well-being restored. Watersports, Kayaking, Hiking, Golf, nature activities galore. Tents with garden/lagoon views. Patio Restaurant served a delicious breakfast and sunset cocktails. Snacks and wine on-the-go. Largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia. A true glamping paradise!

Faulty power plugs? No problem, they quickly upgraded my room.

Conveniently located 5 mins shuttle from ferry terminal. Exceptional service from friendly staff who fulfilled special requests. Delicious breakfast with Asian and Western options. Relaxing restaurant overlooks lagoon. Good WiFi signal throughout.

We were in a great location within a close distance from Bandar Bentan Telani. It also was in the enchanting blue lagoon.

The rooms at Natra Bintan were absolutely cozy and comfortable, with a seating area that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. We loved waking up to the stunning views of the lagoon right from our room. The private bathroom with a standing shower was just what we needed for a refreshing start to our day. And those custom Bintan Island safari-themed tents were a unique touch, especially with the air conditioning to keep us cool in the tropical heat. As relaxed and laid-back guests, we truly felt at home in these rooms.

The only thing we liked less was the minibar in the room. But hey, it's just our personal preference, and we know others might still find enjoyment in it.

The location was nice, for example, Bandar Bentan Telani was not too far from the hotel. The property itself was in a resort area, not far from all the water activities there and the Canopi Resort and the medical clinic.

Tbh, had a really great stay with Fantastic Service. Everything was as great as it could be. The restaurant was good which serve breakfast, I tried simple dishes. The bed was extremely comfy and I had a private bathroom. The location was marvellous, for example, Treasure Bay was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. There were local markets and a market around the property...

The rooms at Natra Bintan are simply amazing! They have a cozy seating area where you can unwind after an action-packed day. Plus, the views of the lagoon from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. And let's not forget the private bathroom with a standing shower – it's so convenient and refreshing. As a young holiday goer, I couldn't ask for more!

Personally, I found the Bintan Island safari-themed tents with air conditioning a bit too rustic for my taste. But hey, that's just me.

Cheap food in the restaurant, satisfactory breakfast with a big varieties and all food to be served, as for instance. Clean room and lovely staff who went above-and-beyond the general customer service. Location just next door to the ferry and the terminal and the activities involved.

The location was strategic and comfortable, within walking distance of Treasure Bay. Set in front of a lagoon and a cove, it was a plus.

I was offered a room with absolutely superb views of the sunset. The bed was comfortable, had big size bathroom. The location was strategic and comfy as it was near a bus stop. There was a lovely restaurant, shopping centers and a local market next door.

Great hotel with awesome view of the sunset. The rooms were exceptional and perfect, the breakfast was local. Super location for our visit to Pasar Oleh Oleh just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Set in a great area right by ferry terminal and Treasure Bay, the medical clinic, and so forth.

Greatly enjoyed the marvellous location in the jungle. Besides, we were adjacent to lagoon & so forth, and the ferry terminal.
